At My Cruises, we offer a wide range of exclusive holiday packages and advertise these at a national and international level.
While we always endeavour to create accurate advertising material for our holiday packages, we do sometimes make mistakes – after all, we are only human. In these cases, we have to retract, correct and/or acknowledge incorrect advertisements and messages that have gone public.

The Ultimate Europe Rome to London (Deal Code: MYX-33261) holiday package advertised in our press ad in the Sunday Star Times 24th November 2024 has the incorrect price point. Price point should be $26,990 We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Retraction added 12:39pm 22 November 2024.
The A TASTE OF ITALY & THE GREEK ISLANDS holiday package (Deal Code: MC-30663) advertised in our press ad in the Sydney Daily Telegraph (30.03.2024) has the incorrect map, with Rome, Corfu, Athens and Santorini being displayed in the wrong locations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Retraction added 8:30am 9 May 2024.
BUCKET LIST CHINA & JAPAN | CRUISE & TOUR DISCOVERY (Deal Code: MC-31435) advertised in our press ad Adelaide Sunday Mail Escape 05.05.2024 advertised “The Temple of Heaven” in Beijing as the hero image and was listed on our website however this is not a sightseeing destination included in our itinerary. We apologies for any inconvenience caused. Retraction added 8:43am 9 May 2024.
